Cloud Five Inclusion Strategy 2025–2027
I. Analysis
I.1. Past Assessment
Although Cloud Five has not previously had a formalized inclusion strategy, our values and practices have always reflected a deep commitment to equality, accessibility, and diversity. As an NGO working with the Erasmus+ programme working with youth and youthworkers- we have consistently aimed to make our activities welcoming, empowering, and inclusive for all young people.
Our progress so far includes:
• Diverse Participation:
We have successfully brought together young people from different cultural, social, and economic backgrounds. This diversity has been one of our greatest strengths, enriching our projects and deepening mutual understanding among participants.
• Accessibility Measures:
We have made efforts to ensure that our activities are accessible for everyone, including young people with fewer opportunities. From venue selection to logistical arrangements and tailored support, we strive to make participation possible for all.
• Cultural Sensitivity:
We encourage an atmosphere of respect and openness, where differences are celebrated. Our facilitators promote intercultural dialogue and understanding throughout all our programmes.
• Youth Involvement:
Young people are at the heart of Cloud Five. We regularly involve them in shaping, delivering, and evaluating our projects to ensure our initiatives stay relevant and inclusive.
While these achievements form a solid foundation, we recognize that inclusion is an ongoing process that requires continuous reflection, learning, and improvement.
